I’m Vinny Stocker. I lead Pukunui Malaysia, where I work with organisations on their Moodle platforms and the systems connected to them. I also help the people using those tools get comfortable with them.

01 / A little background

From teaching science to working with Moodle

I started as a science teacher. I built websites for my students so they could keep learning outside lessons and find different ways to understand the subject.

My work took me to schools in the UK, Thailand and Turkey before I moved to Malaysia. I introduced Moodle, helped teachers use it and led work on learning and assessment systems.

I now lead Pukunui Malaysia. I still spend my time thinking about how technology can make learning easier for students and the people teaching them.

02 / What I do

My work at Pukunui

As Managing Director, I work with universities and other organisations on their learning platforms. That includes setting up Moodle, connecting it to existing systems and helping staff use it.

Learning platforms

I help organisations plan and set up Moodle environments that fit how they teach and can grow with them.

Connected systems

I work on integrations between Moodle and student information systems so staff spend less time entering the same information twice.

Training and support

I help teachers, administrators and technical teams understand their tools and feel confident using them in their work.
